Remember the"6:30: dinner with myself. I can't cancel that again" line from The Grinch?

Yes, that amazing moment was an ad lib. And let's be honest, it's pretty relatable.

Okay, back to the movie.

New Line Cinema

Dumb and Dumber has an abundance of scenes that are fantastic, and in all honesty, we're sure that a few of them are improvised.

But one, in particular, stands out.

The scene begins...

WB

Lloyd and Harry go into a store just to pick up some snacks for their road trip.

When Carrey leaves the store, there are two men standing outside. He says to them, “Hey guys! Oh, Big Gulps, huh? Alright! Welp, see ya later!”

Those two guys just happened to be on set.

In a Reddit AMA, the director talked about Jim Carrey's line.

“One line that was definitely ad-libbed is the Big Gulp line,” Farrelly commented. “In fact, the two guys he was talking to weren’t even extras, they were just hanging out.”

Where's their check?

We're just kidding.

Seriously speaking though, it's pretty hilarious that these guys had an accidental run-in with Jim Carrey and made it into one of the biggest comedies of all time.
