Friends is one of those shows that will just never go out of style.

The show is hilarious, can even make you cry, but for the most part, takes all your troubles away.

You can't ask for anything better.

The show can literally have you rolling over in laughter.

And as it turns out, there may just be a reason why we can't stop watching it.

Seriously, it's good for you to watch it.

A psychologist, Marc Hekster, says that the show has healing powers.

"Having worked for over a period of 20 years with those experiencing anxiety," Hekster said,

"I can conclude that among other factors, it is the repetitive and relational nature of programs such as Friends and Big Bang Theory that will be doing the trick."

It definitely makes sense when you think about it.
