Aaron Carter Threatens To Sue PETA After They Post A Video Of His Mom Hitting Her Dog

A few hours before Aaron Carter was hospitalized on Thursday night, he found himself involved in an online battle with PETA.

On Thursday night, the singer went on Instagram live with his mom, Jane Carter, while driving with their seven pugs, including some puppies, in the backseat of their car.

As one pug tries to come up to the front seat, June is seen slapping the dog away.

PETA posted the video clip on their Twitter with the caption "Dogs are family – not for IG likes. SLAPPING them or SELLING THEM for a profit when millions are homeless in shelters is cruelty."

Aaron responded to PETA's tweet by taking to his Instagram live, again.

"PETA, hi PETA. You’re gonna [expletive], you’re gonna after my mom? You’re go after my mom, PETA?"

"Do these look like dogs who are abused or unhappy?" he continued

"Do you think that if you’re driving 75 miles an hour and you have puppies that are jumping up and up because we were eating food,” he said.

His mom then added, "And we don’t believe in locking them all up all the time."

"No, the dogs aren’t locked up. Our dogs aren’t [expletive] locked up. Look at this, bro," he says before turning the camera towards their sleeping dogs in the backseat.

"Sleeping. Sleeping. Sleeping. Sleeping. Sleeping. Sleeping. Sleeping. And then I see this video clip from [expletive] PETA saying, ‘Oh, You smacked the dog.’ Well, yeah, of course my mom’s gonna push the dog back from hitting the gear.”

"I’m gonna sue the [expletive] out of PETA,” Aaron continued.

"I’m gonna take them for millions of dollars, and then I’m gonna give back money to a community that actually does help animals."

Aaron then tweeted that he's been trying to expose PETA for several years now.

"PETA You [expletive] kill animals your true colors are going to be exposed and you’re not going to silence me [expletive] you," he wrote.

He tweeted a link out to his website Petakillsanimals.com, but warned his followers the content was graphic.

A few days later, it seemed Aaron had cooled off and explained that his mother needs time to focus on her recovery.

"My mother is still struggling with her illness and I’d rather be focused on that at this Time," he wrote.

He then reflected on his family's choice to air their relationship drama on various reality shows throughout the years.

"It’s time to stop airing our family problems and issues in the public in public eye."

The latest update came from another Instagram live in the early morning hours on Monday, November 18th.

He updated his fans on the police welfare check he received earlier that day because of his mother's actions and the ongoing issues in his family.
