DublDom

Company Makes Affordable, Dreamy Cabins That Can Be Assembled In Days

What if I told you that you could own a beautiful, home-like cabin for only about $100,000? Wouldn't that sound fabulous to you? Well, it's true.

A Russian company makes amazing cabins that look more like houses by using inexpensive materials that make this homeownership open to more people. The cabins also look super modern and very aesthetically pleasing. You gotta take a look at this.

DublDom is a modular frame house that was designed by a Russian architect Ivan Ovchinnikov in 2013.

His mission was to build an affordable architecture that everyone can eventually own.

Over the past six years, DublDom has built over 600 homes in and outside of Russia.

It is now looking for investors to move into the U.S. market.

What makes DublDom special is that they keep the costs down by using materials like metal, barn board, and glass.

And they provide slick and modern architectural design.

The actual finished homes range from about 280-square-feet to 1,400.

And depending on the size and features they can end up costing between $23,00 and $100,000.

They have perfected the technology that allows them to build houses in 5-7 days and install them in 5 days.

In 15 days the house is ready to be moved in to.

The company is already working on expanding its market as they see there is a need for this type of housing.

They're currently looking for manufacturing partners in the U.S.

To reach the U.S. market, they need to comply with building codes.

The house must be manufactured on-site and the construction process must be supervised by a local inspector.

Dubldom has a variety of house configurations to choose from as well as the number of bedrooms and amenities needed.

You can really find the home of your dreams.

The houses range from about $99,000 to 179,000 depending on your choice.

They come with a ton of cool features like verandas, panoramic windows, wood trimmings, and heated bathroom floors.

If you want to see the house for yourself before you decide to buy it, you can visit their demo house in Russia and ask all the questions you need.

If a trip to Russia isn't on the horizon, these awesome photos work too!

This cabin house idea would definitely appeal to any of those folks that find large skylights, glass walls, and exposed beams very attractive features.

I don't see why anyone wouldn't love these features.

All the homes get plenty of natural light, and the entire interior is made of whitewashed solid pine wood.

This makes you feel like you're living in the great outdoors.

It's pretty incredible to see not only a house that's designed with modern features and amenities, but it's also a much more affordable option.

We need these in North America!

How amazing is this?

I really do hope this company brings their idea to North America. This would be an amazing opportunity to offer homes to more people.
