Mayim Bialik Calls For Amy Farrah Fowler To Replace Amy Coney Barrett

On Monday night, Amy Coney Barrett was sworn in as the new American Supreme Court Justice.

The controversial choice has sparked much debate on social media and has started discourse from many celebrities.

The Big Bang Theory actress and neuroscientist Mayim Bialik is letting her opinions about the new Supreme Court Justice be known and has a replacement idea that many TBBT fans can surely get behind.

Amy Coney Barrett was sworn in as Supreme Court Justice Monday night following a fast-tracked process pushed by President Donald Trump.

Barrett has sparked controversy because of her conservative, Christian views and emphasis on "traditional" family values.

Many Americans have expressed their concerns over Barrett's new role and what that will mean for women's rights, the LGBTQ+ community, and disenfranchised people across the country.

"I Am So Sad this is who will sit in RBG'S seat," tweeted @kealy_kiki.

People on Twitter have also claimed that ACB doesn't have an overly extensive knowledge of American law.

Speaking late Sunday night, Senator Elizabeth Warren called the vote "illegitimate" and "the last gasp of a desperate party."

Many celebrities have taken to social media to slam the new Supreme Court Justice.

Legendary artist and pop culture icon Cher tweeted, "New Supreme Court Crazy’s 1st Case,May Decide Presidency. One Week After Election She’ll Vote Down Affordable Care Act,No Preexisting Condts.She’ll Keep Trump’s Taxes Hidden, Bring Up ROE V.WADE. Undo & Vote Against LGBTQ Rights,& ON& ON."

Actor Rob Reiner also took to Twitter to express his concerns.

"Immediately after being sworn in, our latest Supreme Court Justice attends a campaign event for a disgraceful desperate Sociopath. The Corruption is shameless," he tweeted.

Bette Middler is never one to shy away from expressing her feelings, and this past Monday night was no exception.

The actress tweeted, "You working stiffs mean nothing to them. 5 days for one justice and no relief for you."

Now, Mayim Bialik is giving her recommendation on who should replace Justice Barrett, and it's her Big Bang Theory character, Amy Farrah Fowler.

Fans of TBBT will remember Fowler as Sheldon Cooper's incredibly intelligent love interest with a rocking cardigan collection.

Posting on Twitter, the 44-year-old shared a picture of herself in costume as Fowler.

"Can we swap out Amy Coney Barrett with Amy Farrah Fowler to the Supreme Court of the United States? Please???" she tweeted.

Many Mayim Bialik fans were in support of her idea.

Fans began defending Bialik when she was insulted for even commenting on politics.

"She’s a neuroscientist first, actress second. I guarantee sHe has a higher degree than you, and a higher intelligence level than most in Congress," replied one fan.

Some even suggested Sheldon Cooper for president and Amy Farrah Fowler for First Lady! How iconic would that be?!
