Jenelle Evans' time as a reality star on Teen Mom 2 might be over, but the drama surrounding her family continues. As Evans and her husband reel in the wake of losing custody of their kids, things have gone from bad to even worse.
Jenelle Evans is a minor celebrity, known for her tenure on the reality series Teen Mom 2. She was fired from the show, but has stayed somewhat in the spotlight thanks to social media.
Unfortunately, it's been a rocky marriage thus far — and it's all played out in the spotlight. Evans and Eason recently lost custody of Evans' two sons and one daughter.
A couple of weeks ago, Eason shot and killed the family dog after the dog reportedly bit their two-year-old daughter. It was a shocking story, and the kids were quickly removed from Evans' and Eason's custody.
TMZ has shared details of a violent interaction between the couple. It isn't known when things took place, but the entire affair was captured on video that TMZ has shared with the world.
Yelling at Evans, he stops just short of threatening her life. "You could die right now, for all I give a f---," he says. "You're a f---ing piece of s---. You're the biggest f---ing piece of s--- I know."
Eason shoots the bird at the camera, then storms out of the frame. It isn't conclusively known who shot the video, but TMZ speculates it was Evans. This would explain why Eason's gesture was directed at the camera.
TMZ says that a number of disturbing details emerged during the custody hearing, including the news that one of Evans' kids is afraid to go back home because he's afraid of Eason.
Evans and Eason are required to go to counseling and parenting classes, along with adhere to the conditions of drug testing. Remember, this was all in place before the new video leaked.
In one scene of Teen Mom 2, Eason is seen dragging one of Evans' kids across the ground. One look at Eason's social media shows an image of jacked-up bravado. Then there's the whole dog murder thing.
TMZ doesn't reveal their source, but given Evans' penchant for leaks to the media, she seems like a good guess. Given the violence of Eason's outburst, it could be seen as a cry for help.
"I am currently following what my attorney has asked," Evans' official statement to The Hollywood Gossip begins. "I don’t want to speak publicly on the matter currently as that will jeopardize the possibilities of getting my kids back."
"I love my kids so much and I will do anything necessary to get them back and that is all I want everyone to understand," Evans' statement continued.
"I love being a mother and David and I will get through this. We are staying strong and united," she concluded.
However, this statement was made before the videos leaked.
This is likely not the last we've heard from Evans and Eason. What do you think of this? Let us know your thoughts on this ever-evolving story in the comments section!
