I know, I know. It's summertime, and Halloween is the last thing on everyone's minds. How are we supposed to possibly think about anything remotely related to the latter half of fall when we're only just diving into the middle of that hot, sunny season we look forward to all year long?
But hear me out: Halloween candy. More specifically, new Halloween candy. Yeah, not so reluctant to talk about it now, are you?
According to Best Products, the candy company has reportedly introduced a new flavor that's already been spotted on grocery store shelves.
We may not be ready to give up our sun-kissed skin and sandy shoes just yet, but M&M's "Creepy Cocoa Crisp" definitely makes a pretty great case for adopting some Halloween into our summer.
From what we can tell based on this packaging, the new flavor has a tasty cocoa crisp center layered beneath some decadent dark chocolate in red, orange, and brown candies.
And if the "creepy" title wasn't enough of a clue that this is meant to be your new favorite Halloween candy, perhaps the iconic red M&M character dressed up as a vampire will be that big hint you need.
So, we really aren't sure how long we can expect this flavor to be available for, whether it'll stay on shelves all the way til Halloween or if we're just getting a sneak-peek before it disappears again.
Hopefully this isn't just a fleeting glimpse at a tasty new candy, but if it is, I suggest everyone take a trip to their local Target and get their hands on a package fast before they're all gone for good.
