When fans heard rapper Machine Gun Kelly had been sporting a necklace with his girlfriend Megan Fox's blood in it, there was a lot to process emotionally.
Yes, Megan Fox is super amazing and gorgeous and I would want to brag if I was dating her too... but the whole blood necklace thing? I don't know, reminds me of another wild and crazy Hollywood couple...
The pair have been dating since early 2020 after working together while filming the movie Midnight In The Switchgrass.
Megan went on to star in a music video for Kelly, and the two announced their relationship publicly soon after.
This past Valentine's Day, the singer shared an image of a circular vial with blood inside of it, captioning the post, "I wear your blood around my neck."

That's right, Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thorton — the blood-wearing couple.
To be fair, the pair share similar reasoning for the desire to wear their partner's blood.
"[A] vial of blood is very simple. Angie came home one day with a kit she bought," he explained.
"She thought it would be interesting and romantic if we took a little razorblade and sliced our fingers, smeared a little blood on these lockets and you wear it around your neck just like you wear your son or daughter's baby hair in one. Same thing."
