Virgin River fans, get ready!
Season Three of the beloved show has been announced and it's coming to a Netflix account near you this summer!
So far, we know that it's going to be an incredible season. In addition to many new faces, there will be a continuation of several plot points, including that crazy cliffhanger!

It follows the story of Melinda "Mel" Monroe, a midwife and nurse practitioner, who takes a job in the remote Northern California town of Virgin River.
There, she meets all sorts of characters, including the handsome bar owner Jack.
The series is based on the popular novels by author Robyn Carr.
In May 2020, she released her first new Virgin River book in eight years, called Return to Virgin River.
When Season Two of the show left off, it did so with a major cliffhanger.
He had been found on the floor of his bar by Mel. He was slowly bleeding from a gunshot wound.
So far, fans have five potential suspects: Brady, Calvin, Charmaine, Vince, and Jamie.
What condition he's in, however, is another story.
Beyond that, fans can expect to see a continuation of other story arcs, such as the Preacher's plans to leave Virgin River.
Most of all, though, fans are excited to see what happens with Mel and Jack's relationship.
This is especially because he's about to become a father with Charmaine. Drama! Speaking of couples, we'll see Hope and Doc and Lizzie and Ricky.
Daniel Gillies, for instance, who plays Mark (Mel's dead husband) spoke to ET Canada about what's upcoming.
This includes the fact that he will appear in more flashbacks and this will give more backstory on his and Mel's relationship.
Benjamin Hollingsworth, who plays Brady, recently gave fans a teaser of this.
“I’m wearing a safety helmet to protect myself from all the bombshell plot twists season 3 has," he replied on an Instagram post. "Hope y’all ready for it.”
It's been confirmed that Jasmine Vega, best known from Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, will play Stella.
Zibby Allen from The Flash will appear in all 10 episodes as Jack's lawyer sister, Brie. Stacey Farber (Degrassi: The Next Generation) will play Lilly’s daughter, Tara Anderson.
His character will visit Virgin River alongside the other new character, Tara.
It'll be interesting to see how these new characters shake up the dynamic on the show.
In addition to Martin Henderson and Alexandra Breckenridge who play Jack and Mel, respectively, we also have Jenny Cooper, Grayson Maxwell Gurnsey, Tim Matheson, Benjamin Hollingsworth, and Colin Lawrence.
