Chrissy Teigen Explained How She And John Legend Reacted After Trump's 'Filthy-Mouthed' Tweet

No surprise here: Chrissy Teigen has some thoughts over the Twitter war she and hubbie John Legend found themselves in against Donald Trump.

The model, mom, and TV host recently stopped by The Ellen Show to spill all the dirt, and she didn't fail to deliver.

In case you missed it, a wholleeee mess of drama went down between Donald Trump, Chrissy Teigen, and John Legend last Sunday night.

It all started after Legend's appearance on MSNBC, talking about the country's broken criminal justice system.

President Trump didn't like the things the singer had to say as he soon launched a Twitter attack against the married couple.

It began with Trump calling Legend a "boring musician" — ouch.

Things got really personal when he referred to Teigen as John's "filthy mouthed wife."

He couldn't even tag the clapback queen herself since he had blocked her on Twitter back in 2017.

The block came courtesy after she had told him "no one likes you."

That's one way to piss the President off!

Block or no block, the model didn't just stand by. She ended up tweeting this:

"#PresidentP----A--B----" even began trending.

Things got so heated that John even called out Trump's wife Melania by telling her that Trump needs her.

He sent a similar tweet afterward, stating very seriously that the "country needs you."

Chrissy recently visited "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to discuss all of the drama that went down.

She began by explaining that someone sent her a screenshot of Trump's tweets since she was still blocked.

"My heart stopped because at that moment, you know you're about to get the wildest group of people ever."

"He called John a 'boring musician,' and [me] his 'filthy-mouthed wife,' which — those two things are true," she joked in her classic Teigen style.

"When it's you — when the card lands on you that day, it's just really like, oh crap."

"Your whole night is ruined — we spent the entire rest of the night just sitting next to each other handing each other our phones."

She went on to explain how she and John spent the rest of their night crafting perfect replies.

It was just them constantly asking each other, "Should I say this?"

Not a lot gets to Teigen, so it was surprising when she admitted that she was "really angry" about the whole thing.

She said that Trump usually goes on these late-night rants, but she never expected one to be about her.

She even considers the attack on her and John "random."

This is due to the fact that she had been so good at not being too outspoken for so long.

"I really think before I tweet lately, because, you know ... I don't want to offend people just for a joke," she said.

But of course, it didn't take long for her to laugh the whole thing off.

She said that she had so many group chats going on that night, with people making funny videos.

"So then you laugh about it," she said.

When Ellen asked if she's going to let the whole thing go, Chrissy smirked.

"Yeah, maybe," she said.

Looks like the war isn't over, which isn't all that surprising.

With Chrissy Teigen, it usually never is.
