I know, I know — it's not fair, right? How does this guy get to glut himself on pizza every day for a year and not end up looking like a leather couch that's been passed around frat houses for a decade?

Exercise, of course. It can't all be a Wizard of Words cosplay. He gets up and does things. But he says he views it in a different way than most of us do.

Instead of looking at exercise as punishment for indulging in delicious goodies like so many of us do, he says he looks at the food as powering him for bigger, better workouts.

He says that this mindset helped him work up to running 10 miles a day, when before he couldn't even run from class to class.

Not only did he weigh less, but Brian says that at the end of his Pizzapocalypse, he had better strength, speed, and cardiovascular endurance.

"Also, I haven't been sick for a single day of this experience, nor have I injured myself a single time," he wrote in his final post. And now we have pinpointed the exact moment I ditch all my vitamin supplements.

And if you're wondering, yes, he kept eating pizzas even after he'd finished his goal, so he didn't get sick of it. That might be the best news of all!
